Where I come from
A career built on the hard stuff.
Over the years, problem-solving grew into a career built around buying, renovating, selling, and navigating complicated property situations. I have done the work myself: the renovations, the contractors, the cleanouts, the numbers. That hands-on experience is why I can look at a property and tell you quickly what matters and what does not.
Today I use that experience to help people make smart real estate decisions, especially when the situation feels overwhelming, emotional, or uncertain.
